I have a TR8520 printer connected to my WINDOWS 10 PC computer. I was occasionally getting error messages on my computer monitor stating that the printer was jammed, which were true. Recently, I was getting those same messages, but the printer was never jammed. Now, the only thing showing up on the printer's screen is the following: "Support Code 6000 - Printer error has occurred. etc." I cannot clear that screen. Thanks.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. I did what you suggested, but the printer is still having issues. Can you explain what a "service reset" is? Thanks. Peter
