TR4720 Error code 1500

I have a TR 4720 printer and the ink is jammed and won't move. The error code says paper jam not there is no paper and the ink is to the far left within the printer casing and I can't even move it manually. This all happened after I replaced the ink with new cartridges.  Can someone please advice before I end up buying a new printer.

Hi,

What you can do is unplug the power cord from the printer and then press the power button five times. Once that is done, you can open the printer and gently try to move the ink carriage over so you can access the ink cartridge. 

If you are able to gain access to the ink cartridge, please reply with the information of the ink cartridge that you replaced(ink number, where the cartridge was made, etc)
