what it says on the tin, my mp drivers fail to install and i can never finish the set up process. printer used to work just fine before- ive tried everything- help!!
OK I FIXED IT!!! i changed the port it was hooked up to in the print settings (lp1 to w something something) and then i left the whole thing unplugged overnight and i tried to print, said that the printer was unplugged while still on and to repair the connection!! heres the link that canon brought me to that fixed it!!
thank you for the fast reply! sadly, it says that the printer is online but will not print and will not finishing installing. installer for the mp drivers error out with "installation failed" 😞
