TR4520 only prints green - after installing new canon color cartridge. Prints green even in black.
Tried so far:
1. Unplugging, waiting more than hour, replugging - nope.
2. In maintenance mode have: cleaned / deep cleaned / cleaned roller / clean bottom - nope.
3. Cleaned head on cartridge - nope.
Couldn't find any other useful videos, and can't talk with canon without paying $20. Any suggestions welcome or I throw it out the window.

Hi nonewclothes,
Because trying a different ink cartridge produces the same result, it would appear that your PIXMA TR4520 would require service. You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.

The new Canon color cartridge was apparently defective. Bought a newer Canon color cartridge and the printer works. Would really like to get compensated for the defective one (they’re so darned expensive). Hope Staples will do it.
