Canon Prograf Pro-310 not printing 4x6 edge-to-edge

Hi Community,

I have a shiny new Canon Prograf Pro-310. When I try to print borderless 4x6 prints, the fist row of pixels (i.e. the first pass the print head makes when printing an image) does not print. I end up with a thin white band down the edge of the paper, which drives me crazy. This is the first borderless printing I've attempted. It feels like some kind of registration issue, but I have no idea how to validate that theory, and no idea how to fix it. The Canon documentation has not been helpful to me, and I don't want to waste a lot of ink & paper on trial & error. Any suggestions on how I can identify/resolve the issue are appreciated!

The printer firmware version is 2.010. I ran the print head alignment routine when first setting up the printer. I've printed approx 35 pages of various sizes since then. I'm printing using Canon Professional Print & Layout software version 1.6.0 running on Windows 11.
