My Canon MP230 scans PDF documents no problem, however when I scan a photo it shows up as a question mark in a grey square (in my image garden). No photo to be found.
I have tried scanning through both My image garden and Canon Quick Menu - I use a Mac.
Last scanned photos over 6 months a go with no problem so not sure what I have done!
Unable to find this informationin the manuals or forum that suits my issue
