Resetting the Fax Memory on MX310

Hi,

I wondered if there is a way to clear the fax transmission log on this all-in-one printer.  Alternatively, is there a way to reset the printer to factory settings (and effectively erase all memory)?

Hi Franklin,

To reset your PIXMA MX310, please follow these steps:

1. Press the MENU button repeatedly until Device Settings appears.

2. Use the [-] or [+] button to select Restore Default and press OK.

Dear Patrick,

Thank you for your response.  I restored the default as you suggested but the memory of the fax transmission log is still retained.  Are there other methods I can use?  I appreciate your and the community's help.
