Never had issues before but pushed on button and mx922 started for about 10 seconds then immediately shut down. The printer was in a stable location where it operated for several months. There was no unusual noises or electrical issues. Tried the "on button" again and got no response. Checked cables and electrical sources and all were in working order. Saw that Canon team suggested another person with similar issue unplug the printer for at least 30 minutes and retry. I did but printer still dead.
Any ideas as to what to do next? Up until this date, this printer has worked very well with no issues.
