Hello, I’ve had my Pixma ##TS3722 for about 2 years now, just recently I tried to use it & noticed that the green light still powers on but my printer itself doesn’t turn on, does anyone know how to resolve this
The only thing to try is unplugging it from the wall, waiting a minute, plug it back in. If that does not resolve the problem I think you will need a new printer. Service is not worth the cost for a two year old printer. I believe the TS3720 is very much like the TS2722.
