I'm using Windows 10 and Photoshop CS6; I just bought the Canon Pixma TS3722 printer/scanner combo model last month. Almost right away, I noticed my prints were too dark, especially if there were large amounts of blue or black in my images. At first, I was able to find a Manual option under the Printer Settings option, which allowed me to adjust the brightness and individual levels for each color. But now, that Manual section has completely disappeared, and I can't find it anywhere - I don't even know what the file name is for the original printer driver so I can try re-installing that (and yes, I already added the 8 individual downloads for this unit from your website). There's also a yellow triangle with an exclamation point, which says I need to control Color Management, but I can't find that either. I've been told that one possible reason for the oversaturation of dark colors is that this Management option exists in both the printer software and Photoshop, so they're doubling up on each other. I don't know anything about "color spaces" or "color profiles" either - but I have spent several hours now, trying to wrap my head around this, and it's frustrating beyond belief. If you could help me, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

I already spoke to the tech folks about this - they said this printer was only made to print accurate images up to 5x7 inches. Anything bigger causes the software to go nuts. I tried returning the printer to where I bought it, but they refused to refund it. Canon then said when I was ready to buy a different unit, they'd offer me a comparative discount using the first one as a basis.
