I purchased a Canon Pixma TS3322 in the beginning of February. It had issues feeding paper, I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with Canon. Long story short, it ended up being warrantied out. I received and set up my new printer today, but now I am not sure how I am supposed to return the old printer back to Canon. They did not include a shipping label, and I have not received an e-mail with any kind of instruction on how to return this printer. I can't even find the information on my Canon account. What do I do? Has anyone had this issue?
