Set the PC to start scanning - have turned printer off/on, restarted laptop - am using MS10 operating system.

Hello.
Try restarting your computer as well to see if this will allow you to select your computer from the menu.
If the issue persists, are you able to scan directly from your computer using our IJ Scan Utility program?
