I have had this printer for around 10 years and never a problem. Yesterday I had my first problem. For some reason my printer is not printing in color anymore; never had this problem before. What could be the matter. I have both color and black cartridge, brand new. Can anyone help me. I am a young 84 year old. Many Thanks.

To begin troubleshooting, I would recommend a nozzle cleaning. Please click HERE for the steps you will need to perform the nozzle cleaning.
If the color ink still does not print after 2 nozzle cleanings, the printer would need to be replaced.
