My Pixma mg6320 black is printing in 2 shades, i've tried everything possible I can do with the printer settings even bought a new printhead, any ideas might be wrong?

In addition to the BK printing in two shades, the PGBK section at the top did not print at all. If all of the ink tanks in your PIXMA MG6320 are new, it is recommended that printhead cleanings are performed. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Flick the HOME screen and then tap Setup on your PIXMA MG6320.
2. Tap Maintenance.
3. Tap Cleaning.
4. Tap Yes to clean the printhead
5. Tap Yes to print another Nozzle Check.
If your Nozzle Check still does not print correctly, your PIXMA MG6320 would require service. If your PIXMA MG6320 was purchased less than a year ago, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat to obtain your in warranty options.
