MG5420 with Mac 11.6.5 will print an entire job or so perfectly, and then it won't print anything.

Canon PIXMA MG5420 with Mac 11.6.5: Will print one or more jobs just fine, like it used to do all the time - and then it won't print the next job at all. It may or may not print the next job, and so on. When it prints, the pages come out perfectly... no flaws in text or picture, entire job is complete. When it doesn't print, it makes the same sound as though it were putting ink to paper, but the page(s) come out blank.

The PIXMA MG5420 is not compatible with macOS v11.6.5.  The last operating system that was supported is macOS v10.14 Mojave.  You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.

If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.
