My Pixma G6020 printer is not able to print black, I have run just about every maintenance/cleaning I can on it short of pulling the thing apart and trying to clean things by hand. I have done ink flushes, refilled the ink tank, clean and deep cleans, and I even bought a new print head and replaced it. As far as I can tell the main issue is that the print head is failing its alignment checks but this seems like a hardware and not a software problem specifically seeing as all the fixes I can run from maintenance have done nothing to help it. Any advice on how to proceed? It's been doing this for about a week and I'm at a loss. I'd like to avoid sending it in for repairs if I can as I use it pretty regularly and don't want to be without it for too long.
