This is a problem I have not had before after printing 100's of photos. In using the top tray of the printer, 4x6 photos on Canon photo paper are showing black spots, lines & smudges on the left & right sides (mostly on the tops). I did the cleaning process a few times with no results. I can print the photos on 8x10 photo paper ok & also on plain paper in the bottom tray. If I put a piece of bond paper cut to 4X6 thru the printer (in the top tray) it comes out fine. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks in advance.
