I have a Pixma TS6320 printer that is printing photos very dull/faded colors. I have went through all the maintenance there is. As nozzle head cleaning 4 times, roller cleaning, print head cleaning, deep cleaning twice. And nothing is working. I do not print with my computer I print off the canon print app via cell phone. And I also am using the correct paper I tried regular copy paper and multiple canon glossy II paper and it’s still very faded and dull colors. I am using the correct setting for the paper and I got full ink cartilages. What could the problem be I’m so frustrated!!

Hi Kells,
Let's try a test print using Glossy II paper and your cell phone.
Please click this link (it will open in new winodw):
Once that image has downloaded, please load the Glossy paper into the rear tray of your TS6320.
When you load the paper, the paper setting will appear on the display of your TS6320.
Please make sure it matches what you just loaded and press OK or select Change and then choose the correct paper size and type.
How to load paper can be viewed here: TS6300 series - Loading Paper in the Rear Tray
Once set, please open the Canon PRINT app on your phone.
Please select the photo that you saved before and tap Add.
In the Preview window, tap the Print Settings button and ensure that the Paper Size and Media Type that are selected match what you selected on your TS6320. If not, please tap that option and select the correct one.
Once complete, please print.
How is the result?
