I bought this canon pixma G5020 about 1 month ago. I am trying to print B5 size as it has the option but it prints with white border on the bottom, I really need help as I have wasted tons of paper and ink trying to figure this out. I have also tried custom settings and it prints the same. Please help… this was an expensive purchase to not be able to use it for what I need. Thanks In advance.
