My Pixima MX922 prints only if it's picked as the default printer, and only if it is selected from Windows / Printers & Scanners / Troubleshooting. (Troubleshooting says making the Pixima the default printer will solve the problem.) Making it the default printer from Windows / Printers & Scanners / Manage / default printer has no effect. Any other path yields "printer not responding." Sometimes, merely going to Troublshooting will cause the "printer not responding" to print.
I have two printers, the Pixima for color printing and scanning and a monochrome Laser Jet printer for the bulk of my printing. I would prefer the Laser Jet as the default printer.
Does anyone have any idea what to do?
