I was recently given a lightly used Pixma iP8720 and I filled it with brand-new ink cartridges. When setting it up, I selected the driver for my current operating system, macOS Monterey Version 12.7.6, and installed it. The printer connected to my computer with no issue and printed a perfect test page. However, when I went to print a black-and-white image from Photoshop, it printed a "ghost" image (very faint outlines but nothing filled in). I then tried to print a document and it was completely blank. Any suggestions? Thanks!
