PIXMA TS3322 - Error code E04

So I have a canon, TS3322 pixma Printer just bought brand new black ink for it installed that properly into the printer and I’m getting the code E04 I have unplugged it to reset it. I’ve tried to click every button and hold it down to reset it and it doesn’t pop up anything on the screen, Just the code E04 Also, the triangle light is on constant orange. It is not flashing and yeah I just don’t know what to do to get it to print. I tried to print and when I did that something popped up on my phone that said printer is busy so I’m not sure what the problem is any help would be great thanks.

HI Hails02,

The E 0 4 error on your PIXMA TS3322 is an indication that your printer does not detect one or both of the ink cartridges.

Please make sure that your TS332 has one black and one color ink cartridge installed.

Also, please make sure that you are using genuine Canon ink cartridges with your TS3322.

Your TS3322 is compatible with:

PG-243 black
CL-244 color
PG-245 black
CL-246 color
PG-245XL black
CL-246XL color

Finally, please make sure that the ink cartridges are installed properly.  Please use the link below to view this process from the TS3322's online manual:

If the issue persists, please try two brand new, compatible, genuine Canon ink cartridges.
