I have a PIXMA TS7420 and when I installed the setup software I didn't want nor marked that I wanted a printer supplies plan. I left that blank but I am still getting messages that I need to select a plan to finish setup. This is the reason I left HP. I bought this printer at one store 2 yrs ago and didn't go through this with my other laptop and wifi. How do I correct this as I plan on buying ink cartridges as needed form a store of my choice and that goes for paper.

Hello,
Check Your Printer Settings: Your Texas Benefits
Open the Canon printer software on your computer.
Look for any settings related to the PIXMA Print Plan or automatic ink delivery.
Disable or opt out of the plan if you find any such options.
Contact Canon Support:
Reach out to Canon customer support for personalized assistance.
They can guide you through the process of disabling the PIXMA Print Plan or adjusting your printer settings.
Manual Ink Purchase:
Since you prefer buying ink cartridges as needed, you can continue doing so.
Ignore the PIXMA Print Plan prompts and manually purchase ink cartridges from a store of your choice.
