So after about a year of use of my Canon Pixma G 7020 I noticed the color profiles were all wrong. Tried normal maintenance protocols but have come to find out that my printer heads just needed replaced. Should be easy, peasy, right? WRONG. Can't find the print heads for that model anywhere. Also have learned that even the main Canon website for parts, supplies shows that they are out of stock and no timeframe for when or if any will ever be available again. Nice, Canon. You make a printer that can't be repaired or maintained!! I will NEVER use a Canon product again and will make sure to spread the word about how you like to harm the very people you claim to serve.

Hello!
Welcome to the Canon Community, and thank you for reaching out!
We don't list an ETA for when an item will be available because, given the state of global shipping these days, that would be irresponsible.
You may want to contact support directly. Replacing the print head so soon may be something for support to resolve. Support is at 800-OK-CANON (800-652-2666) weekdays.
