My cousin's printer isn't responding when we try to print something. They mentioned that their class adviser threw out the cartridge for the black ink and I told them that, THAT may be the problem, although I wasn't sure so I wanted to ask others that are much more experienced than me. The alert lights is blinking, the printer turns on properly, and the drivers are up to date. I tried connecting it to my laptop but it didn't even show up on the available printers to connect to. So is it due to the missing cartridge or is it because of something else? Thanks for anyone who'd help ❤️

Thanks for joining the conversation, Ellie_1108! We appreciate the info, though we need to let you know that the PIXMA TS207 is not supported by our team here at Canon USA since that printer isn't available in this country. If you live outside the United States, please click HERE and select your country to find support in your part of the world. Your fellow Community members are still welcome to offer their advice.
Thanks for choosing Canon!
