PIXMA TS6120 won't print, won't clear print spool

I was trying to print to my printer a recipe from the internet.  Four pages long.  After 5 hours I tried to cancel the document.  That did not work.  I then went through "command" and went to the spool to delete.  It is still trying to delete.  I need to print some work documents, but cannot because this 4 page document won't go away!
