I bought a Pixma TS3722 printer on 06/27/2024 and have beenunable to register it. When I put in my model TS3722, it says not found.
Any ideas?

Check out this link to make sure you're entering the correct serial number and if that doesn't work don't hesitate to reach out to our printer support team and they can help you get it registered, they can be reached at 800-652-2666 Monday-Friday

I was using the model #, so I tried the ser.# and got the same results.

When you search for a product to register, I recommend using the model #

I called Canon support and was asked what country did it come from, and I said I assume the US, I said probebly China.they said it could be Canada. How am I suppose to know what country it came from. Regardless it is now registered.

I did not receive a solution . I had to call Canon, for them to tell me I had to use a canadian registration?????????
