Pixma TS3722 Registration issue

I bought a Pixma TS3722 printer on 06/27/2024 and have beenunable to register it. When I put in my model TS3722, it says not found.Any ideas?

I called Canon support and was asked what country did it come from, and I said I assume the US, I said probebly China.they said it could be Canada. How am I suppose to know what country it came from. Regardless it is now registered.

I was using the model #, so I tried the ser.# and got the same results.
