PIXMA TS 6420 shuts off after a period of time

BOBBYV
Apprentice

I want my printer on all the time.  I've spent over an hour trying the USELESS online manual and this support forum and I can't find a way to keep the printer on.  HELP!  The only help in this forum I could find for this issue is for a different model that uses keys mine does not have.  HELP!

IF you just follow the web link in the e-mail telling you you have a response, there is no ACCEPT AS SOLUTION button.  You have to login to get that.  Once again Canon scores high marks for making their process as difficult and wierd as possible.
