My Pixma TR4722 is not printing black ink after a cartridge change. It is showing full ink levels. I’ve run the cleaning cycle multiple times. The nozzle check isn’t printing black at all

Hi EssTeeAlex,
Please make sure the orange tape has been removed from the bottom of the black ink cartridge:

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TR4722 and then click on the Product Support button to access your support options.
