My Pixma TR4720 was working yesterday on my Mac Powerbook Pro and my Mac mini, both running Tahoe OS26.2. I updated to OS 26.3 this morning and when I try to print you'll see the Print button is greyed out even though I reset the printer connection, and used the Master Startup download to establish a connection between my computer and the printer over my wireless network. I unplugged and reset the printer. I called Apple Support and they tried everything. They were even able to be help my use my iPhone to print on the Pixma using AirPrint. But nothing they could do could get the printer to work on the latest OS. I (and the Apple tech) have the feeling that perhaps the issue is on Canon's end. Is this something that can be addressed on Canon's side? Is anyone else having a problem with their Canon printer and OS 26.3? Am I going to have to buy a new printer? Thanks for any help! #Pixma TR4720

How long did you wait for the computer to find the printer? I have found that it could take several minutes (not the same printer as yours). The Apple version always appears first.

Thanks for all your suggestions. The problem was resolved when someone from the Apple Community suggested Resetting My Printer Settings on my laptop
