I got a new laptop. I can scan to it, but it won't print. I can print from my phone, but not my computer.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof) and how your printer and your computer are trying to talk to each other (i.e. via Wi-Fi or via a USB cable). That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

I'm running Windows 10 pro on an hp. It is connected to the printer through wifi.

Yes. Twice. I uninstalled it, and tried it again. But it still doesn't work.
