My husband bought me this printer for Christmas to use with Sublimation for my Cricut. I have put Sublimation Ink in instead of the regular ink, but when I run a print test page, all of the colors are very faint and I only get a row and a half of blue. Am I doing something wrong? Am I missing something when it comes to special settings? I'm struggling to figure out where to go to find my information I need. Thank you.
