PIXMA MX492 Not Responding After Changing Internet Providers

my printer was working BUT now when I try to print from my PC, I receive a message stating that the printer is not responding.  I recently changed Internet providers.  I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Hi,

Since you changed internet providers, you will need to reconnect the printer to your network. Please use the steps HERE to get the printer reconnected.

Hi, Marietta!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof) and whether your printer normally communicates with your computer via Wi-Fi or via a USB cable. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
