canon pixma mx940 s/n  [Serial number removed for privacy.] tried to install it on my hp laptop s/n [Serial number removed for privacy.] with win 11 and i downloaded all the drivers and it cannot discoer the mp ffiles and cannot find the usb port so i tried with thewireless and it cannot detect the printer. says it is part of a network and i need to delete the old printer which isn't there.

Hmmm... We don't have a mx940 model in our database. Please double-check that and see if it's possibly one of our MX920 series or MX490 series.

the printer is a pixma mx490 and the laptop is a hp 15 inchryzen7000 series amd
