Hi everyone
i have problem with the printer canon IR advance 4525i, the problem is printer can't scan and send to user with Accesspoint connected and printer connecting to LAN by cable, user can print to the printer while is scan not working, printer and computer are into the same network.
how to the solved in this issue?

Canon does not provide direct support for imageRUNNER series products. They have a dealer network that can help you.
