I have a Pixma G7020 printer, I'm trying to scan to pdf document, but it doesn't have the file type listed in the drop down menu when I choose document, how do we add PDF as a profile to scan to??

Hi,
If you are using IJ Scan Utility and select the document options, the scan is set to automatically save as a PDF file. If it does not, check the document settings in IJ Scan Utility. Please click HERE for more information.

Yeah, thanks, I'll try to do the same. I have a similar problem. But it seems I have an issue with my PDF viewer. I tried converting the file using the PDF to PowerPoint Converter https://pdfguru.com/pdf-to-pptx and I was able to view it in the PPTX format. I think the problem lies with my software, and it’s something I need to fix. After all, I can view PDFs just fine on my phone and through online tools.
