My ancient Canon Pixma MG 7120 suddenly stopped printing for no apparent reason. Sometimes I receive a message indicating no paper is loaded (even thought tray is full of paper) and sometime there is a message stating another computer is using the printer (stopping and staring printer spooler does not help solve the problem ). I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer to no avail
It's likely I need a new printer but suggestions are welcome
FWIW the scan function of the printer still works

Hi WGrebe1967,
What version of Windows is installed on your computer?
Are you using your PIXMA MG7120 wirelessly?
or with a USB cable?
If you are using your PIXMA MG7120 wirelessly, please install the "Canon PRINT" app on your phone or tablet and attempt to print. Are you able to print using the Canon PRINT app?
