I am trying to set up my new Pixma G620 megatank. I can print. it is set up as the defalt printer in my device manager. When I try to set up the scanner utility it says that the device is not found. I have it on a usb cable and like I said I have no trouble printing but the device cannot be found when trying to set up the scanner. Also I tried to call support and I was told that my brand new printer is no longer supported by voice only by internet.

Please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA G620 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. When calling, please make sure you are saying "picks ma gee six twenty". A support agent will assist you with resolving the scanning issue you are experiencing.
