PIXMA MG3620 Compatibility with msOS Ventura 13.1

Just purchased a PIXMA 3620 and cannot connect with my MacBook Air, msOS Ventura 13.1? When the OS selection comes up, there is nothing listed higher than 10.something. Any suggestions?

Hi,

The MG3620 is compatible with MacOS 13. Please click HERE and when the page opens, please make sure macOS Ventura V13 is listed. Once that is done, you should be able to see the CUPS printer driver, ICA scanner driver, IJ Scan Utility, and other software.
