PIXMA iP8720 Only Prints Test Page

I am having a similar problem with my iP8720. Will print a test page only. The properties/General page shows only 8.5 x 11 paper "available." Went through the repair wizard -- it says driver is up to date.

What version of Windows or MacOS are you running? Also, let us know if you installed the Canon printer driver or selected Add Printer on your computer.
