PIXMA MG3600 series doesn't print with new ink cartridge

Hello

I have a Canon MG3600 my original black ink cartridge is empty (ref PG540)

I bought a new one with ref 540XL it's writed this ref replace the old one 

When I set up the cartridge the printer recornize it show the level of ink but not print the paper just stay white
here the picture of old (left) and new(right) I don't see any difference

If i put back the old one the print run correctly

Hope someone can say me how to fix it

It looks like the new one is a re-filled third party product - the Canon name is scratched out. Maybe it is defective.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA MG3600 series.  The model number should appear on the front of the unit at the lower right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
