My coputer is saying that my MG8120 printer is offline. It is now It is on and even when I turn it off and then back on, I still get the error message that it's offline. What can I do?

I am connected via WI-FI; and I am using Windodws 8.1.

Hello.
Check to make sure that your computer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer. If so, restart your computer. Then turn the printer off and back on to see if this will allow you to print.

It turns out I had a couple of registry errors on my computer. I did a power erase which corrected the error. My printer is now working fine.
