Bought my MegaTank PIXMA G6020 Wireless All-in-One Printer in 2020. Never had any problems with scanning until the past year I started getting this error message "failed to open a connection to the device." I have a MacBook (macOS Monterey v. 12.7.6). When this happened a few months ago I was able to get it working after downloading the latest driver but I am getting the error again and nothing I have tried is working. It is a wireless connection and prints fine but will not scan. I did the manual wi-fi set up. I downloaded the latest driver. Nothing works. Please help.
