Thanks for joining the conversation, Jframpton!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the MF750 series.  The model number should appear on the front of the unit at the lower right.  That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

Greetings,

I'll try to look into this further later this morning.  The 806 error typically indicates a bad username or password.

Can you please confirm the model of your device as @Danny requested?

Is this a US model or i-Sensys (750 Series) We need the actual model # 😉

All of my lasers are first gen,  They do not support modern auth.  Recently Microsoft has been deprecating support and requiring modern auth for 365.  I've been following but not closely.

I'm using gmail for SMTP on my devices with an App Password.  I'll do a little more digging once you reply.

I also just updated the FW on my 656, but modern auth is not present.  Canon is starting to release mkII's of their lasers.  I'll need to do some additional research.
