MX922 - Tries to print from upper cassette

Canon makes some lackluster printers.

My printer is now defaulting to the upper cassettte traay when printing US Letter on Plain Paper. Going into printer properties, it says the lower cassette is selected.

I've encountered this issue on:

• Windows 8.1
• Windows 10
• Mac OS 10.11 El Capitan

If it's under waranty, I'm going to return it. Very lower quality prints.
