MX490 Printing not aligned

Print is not aligned when I print or scan.  I have performed print alignment several times with the same results.

Do you mean that when you scan the scanned image is crooked in the scanned PDF?

Do you mean when you print a document the text is crooked on the paper?

Can you post screenshots?
