MP530 wont turn on. All plugs connected. We did lose power for days,does it need to be connected?

Hello,

 

Please try unplugging the printer, and removing all the other cords (such as the USB cable).  Leave it isolated this way for at least 10 minutes, and then try to power it on.  If the issue persists at that point, the best thing to do would be to get in touch with our technical support team at http://bit.ly/Phone_Support for further assistance.
