Has anyone else experienced a dead printer--zero power? The limited troubleshooting I could do was to confirm that the power supply was the issue. At some point, it seems to build enough charge that it powers up only to the point of waiting in an initialization state (like it is waiting for the rest of the printer to acknowledge it is good-to-go). I think all I need is a PS, but would like some feedback if there is something else to look at.

Hi,
The B200 is a general hardware failure error code and the printer would need to be replaced.
I recommend the Canon Upgrade program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This program allows you the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price. Free ground shipping is included with your purchase.
If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please the Canon Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Mon-Sat, 9 AM to 9pm EST excluding holidays.

I left the PS unplugged overnight, and when plugging it in today and pushing the power button, it tries to boot up and gives an error B200. What does that mean?
