Can anyone help? I have printed from various devices, copied on the glass, tried black and color, restarted the connected computer though we mostly print wireless, turned off the printer of course. The cleaning function and deep clean didn't produce any ink on the page. The print nozzle setting or whatever that option is, again, blanks. It does sound like the printer is going through the motions as though to print. The ink is full.
I had just printed transfer paper for tshirts a few days ago. I used the correct ink jet paper, not paper for laser jet. The transfer worked but nothing has printed since.
I updated the driver but I think it was the same one I had, two years old.
I can't believe I can't get this to work. I have printed ink jet transfers before and not had this issue. Frustrating!

Hi Olivia,
Since the nozzle check is blank and the cleaning did not work, could you please take a picture of your ink cartridges and post the image in your reply.
